Using Strict Sanitary Measures to Keep our Store Clean
- Increased sanitizing of frequently-touched surfaces in‑store
- Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are also readily available throughout the store

- Employees are instructed to follow government guidelines before, during and after every customer interaction, including respecting the 2-metre physical distancing rule at all times
Increased Safety Measures for Home Delivery
- Our store contacts every customer prior to delivery in case anyone in the home is sick or has just returned from travel, in which case we provide alternate arrangements
- Our employees keep a safe distance when making a delivery. They also sanitize their hands before and after each delivery
- We are happy to provide added flexibility for our customers, who can opt to pick their item(s) up at the warehouse or delay delivery
Added Flexibility for Online Shopping
- The vast majority of our products are listed online, so you should be able to find what you are looking for on our website
- Our associates are happy to guide you through our product selection and assist you in making a purchase from the comfort of your home
Self-Monitoring
- Our employees have been instructed to self-monitor and to take sick leave if they don’t feel well
- We also request that our customers stay home and use one of the alternate purchasing methods that we offer, if they feel that they or someone in their home may have symptoms
